Banned - Limited List

This banned-limited list, is an entire list of currently banned or limited techniques that will not be allowed on the site due to several reasons. As one of them is being overpowered. When registering your jutsu in your character sheet, do be cautious that the techniques you put aren't limited/banned.

In order for you to get a technique that is limited, you must PM an Administrator for permission. They will respond with an answer. Do note that some techniques will be set for events. Do not fully expect that you will get the jutsu. If you get approved for the technique, you must state in your history how you get the technique, or how you've learned it, and of course be fair with the technique because others don't have it.
