Here at Naruto: Wake of Devastation, we expect you to follow and abide to these rules/regulations that we have made so we can all have a fair, RP experience!

By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Spam - Pretty self-explanatory, and shouldn't need a descriptive explanation. Keep the forum clean and simple. Do not spam messages, emoticons and etc. on the site, in your posts, or even in the chatbox. Spamming is a annoying matter, unless everyone agrees to it, and are joking around.

Respect - This rule includes a bunch of different types of respect. From sexism, racism etc. to just treating everyone with equality. This follows up with characters as well, please do not make characters that will be used for an offensive reason to express hatred or mean comments toward other RPers here in our community.

Plagiarism - We do not encourage plagiarism. It's a crime and foul behaviour that we do not expect from our members. If you do not understand the meaning of plagiarism, it is taking someone else's work and claiming it as your own without credit. This is NOT to happen on this site, and we do not want any consequences to occur. Obviously many and if not, all credits are given to Masashi Kishimoto, the creator of Naruto. If you're using Canon jutsu/summons etc, make sure to provide credit to where you've gotten the information. (Just do not claim things that aren't yours.)

Diversity - Everyone is human, but we all have our differences between appearance, personality and so on so forth. This doesn't mean you are to harm others by bullying people on the site just because you think they're weird or anything in that manner. This is a policy we are enforcing greatly, as no sexism, racism, discrimination etc. will be tolerated.

Maturity - Maturity is a weird thing to state, but it's included in our rules because it may seem like a problem. Maturity can mean several things at the moment, but mostly means links. Links? What? It means keep it appropriate for audiences. No pornographic pictures/videos, violent content or anything in that matter. This rule also means to stay as mature as you can, we aren't limiting you to how you can act, but please do not act like a sassy 5 year old going around spamming, "having fun" and making fun of others. Be a positive person.

Language - This doesn't mean no cussing/foul language, this means that you may keep it to a limit and stay respective. As long as the way you are using it isn't to offend others, or make any hateful comments, it is alright for you to swear once in a while. Also, please do not speak in any other language besides English.

Moderating - Please keep any checking and solving problems to staff members if that is the situation. You are not at the state of authority to be interrupting creations. Leave it to the staff team, that's why they're here.

PRIVATE POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy. Do understand in no way will we ever release information, such as IP addresses, or your private emails you've used to register to the site.

We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Private information will never be used for anything other than banning those who have done wrong, and sending out updated newsletters via Email. These emails will be sent out monthly, or bimonthly.

The official rules, and private policy may change at any given time.
